FORGOTTEN ANIMAL SHELTER
A humane, no-time-limit (no-kill), 501 (c) (3) nonprofit animal shelter to be built and maintained for serving the area of Northeast Ohio.
FAS is Medina County based, but serves Medina and surrounding counties.
Our goals include raising funds to build and maintain a no-time-limit animal shelter, and to educate the public about animal care. Please visit our Bylaws page for more about the rules that govern FAS.
On our Mission Statement page there is more information about the goals of FAS and how you and we can help animals, animal lovers, and their communities. Also, be sure to see our Volunteer Opportunities page. More animal lovers are coming to our monthly meetings. They are giving great suggestions on how to help this organization raise funds to meet our goals. On Monday, October 14, 2002, Forgotten Animal Shelter, Inc. signed a Land Purchase Agreement for the purchase of twelve (12) acres of land in Litchfield-the future site of Forgotten Animal Shelter.
